Get Master Ball without fighting Giovanni

This glitch technique and its variations, allow the player to obtain the Master Ball without fighting Giovanni.

Method

1. Do the Trainer escape glitch on a Rocket on Silph. Co. 11F
2. Change PC boxes and reset the game (reenables Start)
3. Push a Strength boulder at Saffron City warden's house (counts as "Trainer finished walking")
4. Return to Silph. Co. 11F with the lift as the last text box opened (do not press Start).
5. The President will give the player the Master Ball without the need to fight Giovanni.

This can potentially cause the player to end up with two Master Balls as seen in the video, but it still needs some research.
