The name of this glitch item is taken from はやぶさバッヂ (FalconBadge); an unused string in the Japanese games that was left untranslated, resulting in mojibake. はやぶさバッヂ is also the name of the hex:65 glitch item in Japanese versions.

When this glitch item is used, it causes arbitrary code execution at Echo RAM address F0CA (equivalent to D0CA in RAM).
