(hex:74) is a glitch item in Pokémon Yellow. The first part of its name ("DHNhIT") is taken from the unused, untranslated Japanese version string "エクセレント" (Excellent), resulting in mojibake.
This string also has no 0x50 terminator, causing the resulting glitch item to be an unterminated name glitch item (the first unterminated name glitch item in index order in Yellow). This also means normally using the glitch item in battle will result in the TMTRAINER effect.
When this glitch item is used outside of battle with a 0x50 sub-tile on the screen, seemingly nothing happens. However it is unknown whether there is a hidden side effect.
