(variable name) (hex:00) is a glitch item in v1.1, v1.2 and v1.3 releases of Pokémon Yellow (Japanese).
Using this glitch item with a 0x50 sub-tile early in the screen data (or theoretically a terminated name) will have the game attempt to execute address $FE06 in the OAM region. Unlike the equivalent glitch items in v1.0, this version appears to have a randomised name that is likely unterminated.
