Using this glitch item outside of battle causes the game to stay with the cursor selected on use ("つかう") until the menu is opened again with Start.
When used in a wild Pokémon battle, it will allow the player to partially escape from battle.
When used in a scripted Pokémon battle or a Trainer battle, it will cause the battle to restart.
