The useless PP Up (Japanese: ポイントアップ), hex:32 is an unused item or glitch item in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow.

It is a copy of the actual PP Up at hex:4F, but unlike the actual PP Up is unusable (returning Professor Oak's "OAK: (PLAYER)! This isn't the time to use that!" message) and can only be sold for 4900 Pokédollars (or bought for 9800 Pokédollars via a glitch or cheating). Interestingly the sell price is unlike the actual PP Up, which sells for 0 Pokédollars.
