HM03 is a wrong pocket TM in Pokémon Crystal. Its description is "A strong water-type attack.".
Effect
HM03 may give the player a copy of the Pokémon last stored by the Day Care lady but at Level 120 (or a Level 120 ????? (00) otherwise) and without its original moves. The high level of the Pokémon makes this glitch item quite useful, and the Pokémon can drop down to the normal maximum of Level 100 if it is stored in a box and withdrawn again.
