The 0x15 sub-tile is a map tile in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow that varies based on the tileset.
When it appears on the screen, it allows for the player to obtain Mew (whose index number is hex:15 or dec:21) using screen data related exploits like CoolTrainer♀ corruption and LOL glitch. Specifically for those glitches, the 0x15 sub-tile must be at BGB coordinates y=06 x=01 for obtaining Mew.
