The '''3D effect glitch''', also known the '''graphics cache flushing oversight''' is a glitch in {{XY}} that causes incorrect graphics data (either whiteness or graphics from another location) to be displayed on screen for the left eye. It occurs in the latest version of the game.

==Steps==
This is a graphical glitch in Generation VI games. It occurs when 3D is turned off in a Cave or another place that uses it, then turning it on again while doing something like using a Field Move.
*Go to Frost Cavern, north of [[bp:Dendemille Town|Dendemille Town]], with a Pokémon knowing [[bp:Surf (move)|Surf]].
*Turn on the 3D effect somewhere, and then keep it off.
*Re-activate the 3D effect for the animation for when Surf is about to be used.

This is most likely an oversight on the developers' part, an error in a certain garbage collecting algorithm.
