Steps
1) Perform the walk through walls glitch (ledge method).
2) When returning to the Safari Zone gatehouse, walk around the P.A. and instead enter without paying.
3) There will be still 0 steps and 0 Safari Balls left, but you can use another 65536 or 256 before getting called back.
