Map 0x0E00 is a glitch map in English Pokémon Gold and Silver.
It can be accessed by changing memory addresses 0xDA00 to 0x0E and 0xDA01 to 0x00 in Cherrygrove City Pokémon Center, moving up the stairs and then back down again.
This may activate a battle with a ?????, where the player cannot do anything due to the "Waiting..." message.
