The Fuchsia City misplaced 'sign' text glitch occurs in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow.
It involves an invisible copy of an existing sign on a normally inaccessible tile of the map. The tile can be accessed however with a walk through walls glitch, or a method to walk through walls via a cheating device.
The sign reads the following: "FUCHSIA CITY Behold! It's Passion Pink!" (Japanese versions: ここは セキチク シティ セキチクは ピンク はなやかな いろ).
Steps
1. Set up walk through walls.
2. With walk through walls active, face the tile in the picture below (i.e. face up three tiles left of the top-most Pokémon Center roof tile.
3. Press A to read the invisible 'sign'.
