The '''Game Freak logo artefacts''' occur in {{RGBY}} while they are run in [[wikipedia:Super Game Boy|Super Game Boy]] mode. It does not occur with Pokémon Yellow in Game Boy Color mode.
During the intro sequence where a star passes diagonally through the Game Freak logo, about half-way through a miscoloration of the star and missing parts of the "Game Freak" text can briefly be seen.
