The Advanced Generation Glitched Pokémon Center is a cheating device glitch where someone tries to heal their Pokémon when they have none.
The Glitched Pokémon Center in Generation III refers to the effect for when the player tries to heal their Pokémon when they have none.

In Pokémon Red/Green/Blue/Yellow when the player attempted to heal at a PokéCenter with no Pokémon, glitch blocks would cover the screen corresponding to Pokéballs beyond the sixth slot and the game would either reset or became a Pokémon Center version of Glitch City. The same effect also occurs in Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/FireRed/Leafgreen, but instead of glitch blocks appearing actual Poké Ball sprites are used, causing no Glitch City like effect.
In Pokémon RBY when the player attempts to heal at a PokéCenter with no Pokémon, invalid Poké Ball tiles cover the screen corresponding to Pokémon beyond slot six and mass corruption of data will occur.

The same effect also occurs in RSE as well as FRLG, but instead of glitch tiles appearing actual Poké Ball sprites are used, causing no Glitch City-like effect.
