Hall of Origin is a Pokémon community focusing on glitches. It was run by user Zowayixx (not to be confused with Zowayix from Glitch City Laboratories). Zowayixx is now known as Cryo.
In particular Hall of Origin specialise in Generation IV glitches (especially Tweaking) but also cover Pokémon glitches from other generations as well, such as various lesser known glitches from Generation III.
