(hex:5F) is a glitch item in Pokémon Red and Blue. It takes its name from floor destinations in a lift.
When used outside of battle, this glitch item leaves the menu box graphics open but technically closes it, and the player is put into a Glitch City. The screen data will be saved if the player opens the start menu however, making it useful for glitches such as Rival LOL glitch.
When used within a non-scripted wild Pokémon battle, it leaves the menu box open but allows the player to open the menu with Start, and the player is put into a Glitch City.
In a scripted wild Pokémon battle or a Trainer battle it causes the battle to restart.
10F can be used to apply the changes for Connection Copier.
