Effect Outside: Replaces some text characters with people sprite parts, restarts music, or players the music stored at D35B, D35C.

Effect in Battle: Replaces some text characters with people sprite parts, plays overworld music from the location you're were from, or what is stored at D35B, D35C. If the music is from a different bank, battle sound effects will be incorrect.

Other Information: SeemsEffect topointer try to reload the overworld, but does so incorrectly.1006
