(hex:A4) is a glitch item in Pokémon Red and Blue. It is a Rival's effect glitch item.
In addition to causing the Rival's effect if the menu it brings up is closed with B, outside of battle it will act as a healing item that heals 80 HP. One copy of this glitch item will also be used up after successfully healing the user's Pokémon. If the player attempts to use this glitch item from within battle, Professor Oak's message that it isn't the time to use the item may be brought up.
