However, it may be a bad idea if the player wants a more normal inventory; since a [[0x50 sub-tile]] is required for both its use, handling and depositing/withdrawing it at the PC; which PC maps usually don't have. If these requirements are not met, the game will freeze. Instead, another method such as [[ItemDexJP/RGB:090|５かい]] may be preferred, as it doesn't have an unterminated name/cause those side effects and it is ideal if the player intends to remove the [[expanded inventory]] after obtaining it.
When a 0x50 sub-tile is early enough in the saved screen data (such as when the player uses it near the old man), using it will cause [[arbitrary code execution]] at WRAM region D806.
