5かい (hex:5A) is a glitch item in Pokémon Red and Green as well as Pokémon Blue (Japanese). Its name is taken from lists of lift destinations.

It is a popular item for arbitrary code execution as it will execute D123 (number of Pokémon) as assembly. This data can be redirected elsewhere in the memory, such as to inventory items.

5かい in Red, Green, Japanese Blue all have the same effect pointer and can be used for arbitrary code execution in the same way.
