LOL glitch: Difference between revisions

The '''LOL glitch''' involves [[unterminated name glitch item]]s in {{RBY}}, allowing a "partial escape" from a battle. The most common variation of the trick involves pressing A on the glitch item and then throwing a Poké Ball (preferably a Master Ball) to capture a Pokémon with data determined by what was stored on the screen when the items pack was opened.

 

 

In Red/Blue there is no known way to get a Glitch City for the glitch Pokémon [[GlitchDex/RB:206|▼ W G d]] (hex:CE) or hex:A2 [[MissingNo.]], nor Omanyte, Dugtrio, Caterpie, Kingler, Haunter, Charmeleon or Oddish. To get them with LOL glitch Rival LOL glitch must be used instead.
