The Memento/Parting Shot Z-Move freeze glitch occurs in Pokémon Sun and Moon.

This glitch causes Z-Powered versions of the moves Memento and Parting Shot to freeze a battle on Battle Spot, and declare the user as the winner. The moves have been banned from Battle Spot, possibly until an update is released to fix the glitch.

After a patch (Version 1.1) was released, which effectively fixed this glitch, it's no longer possible to perform, as it requires going online, and doing so requires you to update.
