This article details various glitch meta-map scripts for Rocket Hideout (B2F) in Pokémon Red and Blue.

Highlights

  • 0x01: Trainer escape glitch Special stat encounter compatible script
  • 0x02, 0x03, 0x06, 0x08', 0x0A, 0x0D: Unknown effect/game may not freeze
  • 0x04: Game may freeze
  • 0x05: Screen may change to black and game may freeze
  • 0x07: Freeze
  • 0x09: Freeze
  • 0x0B: Freeze
  • 0x0C: Game may lock up with music still playing
  • 0x0E-0x12: Freeze
  • 0x13: Every time the player character makes a step, a sound effect may play. Additionally, not all of the music channels may play.
  • 0x14, 0x15: Freeze
  • 0x16: Game may remove player character sprite and freeze the game
