Bulbapedia also has an article about Pokémon Bank hex:FF glitch Pokémon glitch.
A Q (FF) from this glitch.

The Pokémon Bank hex:FF glitch Pokémon glitch is a glitch that occurs when attempting to transfer a glitched box 1 from Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow to Poké Transporter and Pokémon Bank.

When the player transfers a full box consisting of Pokémon in this exact order: one normal Pokémon, an 'M (00) (Red/Blue) or 3TRAINERPOKé₽ (00) (Yellow) and eighteen other Pokémon, the player will end up with an unstable hybrid between 'M (FF) (Red/Blue)/Q (FF) (Yellow) and 'M (00) (Red/Blue)/3TRAINERPOKé₽ (Yellow).

This glitch Pokémon will have a blank OT, 00000 as its Trainer ID number and no moves.

If the glitch Pokémon is not stabilized, then it can be used for the Pokémon merge glitch.
