The Pokémon Day Care sign glitch is a glitch in Pokémon X and Y. If the player comes near the Day Care sign on Route 7, their head will not move towards the sign.

This behavior is assumed to be a glitch, as the player character's head does move towards other signs, even including the Battle Chateau and Friend Safari signs, which look the same.
