A Zoroark as a regular Kyogre (back) with the Blue Orb icon, despite the fact that its disguise does not visually appear as a Primal Kyogre

The Primal Reversion Zoroark glitch is a natural glitch in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

Summary

This glitch involves a Groudon or Kyogre's Primal Reversion Blue Orb/Red Orb icon appearing for a disguised Zoroark.

It occurs due to Zoroark's Ability Illusion, which makes it temporarily Transform into a Pokémon in the player's final party slot, which is intended. However, this glitch causes the Zoroark to have the Blue Orb or Red Orb icon even if it is not under the disguise of Primal Groudon or Primal Kyogre.

Steps

  1. Arrange the party with Zoroark in the first slot and Groudon/Kyogre in the last slot.
  2. Enter a Double Battle, Zoroark should Transform into Groudon or Kyogre as normal.
  3. Leave Zoroark in battle, but switch the second Pokémon with Groudon or Kyogre holding the Red Orb/Blue Orb.
