The top three pixels of the screen are untouched while the screen is shaking after Psychic.

The Psychic/Psywave/Night Shade animation glitch is a natural glitch in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow. While the player is using the move Psychic, Psywave or Night Shade the screen will shake but the row of the top three pixels on the screen will not shake.
