The Route 124 half rock can be found in Pokémon Emerald. It does not occur in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.

West of Mossdeep City and north-east of the shard NPC's house are two water rocks that do not exist in Ruby and Sapphire (the left-most one requires moving further north to be observed via a walk through walls cheat or getting there via a different route).

For unknown reasons, the right-most water rock is missing its top section. The rocks are circled on the Emerald pictures below.
