The Shiny Transform switch glitch is a glitch in Pokémon Gold, Silver and Crystal.
Steps
1. Use Transform
2. Defeat an opposing Trainer's Pokémon
3. When prompted to switch Pokémon, switch into a Shiny Pokémon
Momentarily, the new Pokémon's sprite will appear with the Shiny palette of the original Pokémon which used Transform
