The Sootopolis tile permission glitch, also known as the Sootopolis rock wall oversight is a glitch in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. It was fixed in Emerald.
It is possible to walk in the pictured spot (on the stairs leading to the north-east most house from the Pokémon Center). However, though the player can exit, the player cannot step any further into the wall.
