The mechanics of these glitches are poorly understood; however it is possible for effects to occur such as a change in the list type and memory corruption including the player's Pokémon and name (similar to [[Super Glitch (Generation I)|Super Glitch]]).

Swapping elevator destinations at Silph Co. and corrupting the player's name, Pokémon.

Special menu Select glitches occur in Pokémon Red, Green, and Pokémon Blue (Japanese). Due to an error, it is possible to swap the entries in the Cerulean City badge describer's list of badges (badge describer glitch), or the list of elevator destinations in Silph Co. (the lift glitch).

The mechanics of these glitches are poorly understood; however it is possible for effects to occur such as a change in the list type and memory corruption including the player's Pokémon and name (similar to Super Glitch).
