The R/B Stat Changer is a tool which can be used to interchange between a chosen Pokémon for the Ditto Trick and the required Special stat. Users can also choose a valid Special stat to check what Pokémon it corresponds to, based on the identifier of that Pokémon.
It is much quicker than using a hex list.
