This glitch occurs when sound is set to Stereo in the X/Y ingame options.
The '''stereo sound glitch''' is a glitch in {{XY}}. When sound is set to 'stereo' in the [[wikipedia:Nintendo 3DS|Nintendo 3DS]] system settings, the sound stays in mono.

==Effect==
The sound is not altered by these options, instead staying in Mono. The option has to be tweaked in the 3DS menu options.

==Cause?==
Most likely a faulty command in the ingame options, as this does not occur in other 3DS games.
