The Super Training menu triggering glitch is a natural glitch in Pokémon X and Y. It involves the sound effect for opening Super Training playing, but the menu not opening.

Steps

• Tap the Super Training icon on the Touch Screen at the same time at around the same time as pressing 'A-Button' to interact with an object.
