Surf down glitch: Difference between revisions

When the game is started up, the player's direction is defaulted to south. However, if START is pressed mid-step, the START menu pops up without giving the game time to change the player's direction ofif the game is saved. When the game is reset, the player should look like he is facing the tile that can be surfed on, and because that is the direction he is facing, he can use Surf. However, in one way, the player is facing south, as that is the direction he surfs in.
