HM01 is a wrong pocket TM in Pokémon Silver. Its description is "Cuts using claws, scythes, etc.".
Effect
Using HM01 results in a prompt for the player to give a nickname to a Pokémon. This may be either a Pokémon in the party or a glitch Pokémon.
Upon choosing No or finishing to nickname the Pokémon, the game may not freeze or reset.
HM01 can be used to nickname Pokémon, including 'outsider Pokémon' (those without the player's OT and ID) and Eggs.
In Pokémon Gold the game may freeze after nicknaming the Pokémon or choosing "No".
