Which of these errors, specifically, aren't formally "reviewed"? The first appearance of the tag is in [https://glitchcity.info/w/index.php?title=List_of_text_errors_in_the_Pok%C3%A9mon_games&oldid=6865 this edit], and the difference from the previous doesn't make it clear exactly which ones, and why they were added if they weren't tested. In the case of a reliable source, I'd remove the verification tag. In future cases where the template is added in the middle of a page's history, the parts for which it applies should be marked.
