The Thunderbolt Glitch, or Thunder Glitch is a minor glitch only existing in the Third Generation of the handheld Pokémon games, namely Pokémon Ruby, Pokémon Sapphire, Pokémon Firered, Pokémon Leafgreen and Pokémon Emerald.
