Transformed Ash-Greninja Water Shuriken glitch is a natural glitch in Pokémon Sun and Moon. It was documented by foofootoo.

If a Pokémon Transforms into Ash-Greninja, battle animations are left on, and then uses Water Shuriken and hits four or five times total, a glitch will occur in which "Hit 5 times!" is displayed even if the fourth hit is yet to be made.
