Line 33: #A remade version of the theme played when encountering Raikou, Entei or Suicune on Pokémon Crystal exists within the game but is never used because Nintendo decided not to include the legendary dogs in a Generation III game until Pokémon Colosseum and later Pokémon Firered/Leafgreen even though both of these games decided to use the normal Cipher Admin music and the normal wild Pokémon music respectively.
