Article cleanup and update project

• [s]Replace monochrome images with Super Game Boy ones[/s] - Done?
• Go through all of our pages except for GlitchDex ones and update them .
• Wiki-fy the databases.
• Update the wiki with newer glitches, at least the ones on my channel that aren't on the wiki.
• Sort out this former page. Make the glitches described there have their own articles.
• Make experience underflow glitch its own article, and look for examples of 'skipping to level 100' other than through level 1 medium-slow growth Pokémon.
• Put the following sections into Super Glitch -: "Super Glitch moves" "Super Glitch items" "CoolTrainer"
