:No, but I edited that out just after the reversion. Considering his/her confidentiality, I didn't want the talk page to be edited too much so I only took out those five words 'by a...', if he was banned permanently it would be suitable to delete and protect the page, but since this is only a temporary ban the userpage should remain as it stands. - No, but I edited that out just after the reversion.
