TM49 is a false Normal (0x0C)-type glitch move in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow. It is not capable of causing Super Glitch.
Using this glitch move may result in damage with Ice Punch's animation, followed by a message that the user 'gained armor'. The message "But, it failed!" appears instead if this effect has already occurred in battle.
