A leftover map from the Battle Park for the original exterior of the Battle Tower in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl still exists within the coding of Pokémon Platinum. However, the Battle Park is no longer accessible through normal gameplay
Since a new map was designed for the exterior of the Battle Tower to comply with Pokémon Platinum's graphcial standards the older map for the Battle Tower's exterior is no longer accessible within the game. It is notable that unlike the updated map this older map from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl does not feature any shadow effects on the Battle Tower building.
