Pokédex sorting 0x14 is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Crystal.
Effect
- Arbitrary code execution at region CA21 in RAM. Can be ended with only a ret with no known issues.
- Pressing Select to get to mode selection screen may load a black screen, followed by the game briefly loading the mode selection screen and closing it again. On the mode selection screen many "?" characters can be seen which fill most of the screen. After the menu is closed, the last Pokédex mode may change to 0xE6.
When accessed with C7D8 method
- Pressing A may result in arbitrary code execution at region CDC7 in RAM. Can be ended with only a ret with no known issues.
