Effect
- Arbitrary code execution at region 8D8C in VRAM. VRAM may be locked, resulting in a white screen (possibly a Glitch Dimension)
- Unknown effect for pressing Select to get to mode selection screen
When accessed with C7D8 method
- Pressing A may cause arbitrary code execution at region EAC9 in Echo RAM (a copy of CAC9). Can be ended with only a ret with no known issues.
