Pokédex sorting 0x85 is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Crystal.
Effect
- Arbitrary code execution at region 8B8A in VRAM. VRAM may be locked, resulting in a white screen (possibly a solid white Glitch Dimension with invisible "This Game Pak is designed only for use on the Game Boy Color." message.
- Unknown effect for pressing Select to get to mode selection screen
When accessed with C7D8 method
- Pressing A may cause arbitrary code execution at region CDD9 in RAM. Can be ended with only a ret with no known issues.
