Pokédex sorting 0xAE is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Crystal.
Effect
- May cause arbitrary code execution at region 86D9 in VRAM when opened. May result in a white screen freeze (possibly a Glitch Dimension with invisible "This Game Pak is designed only for use on the Game Boy Color." message. This may be a side effect of locked VRAM.
- Unknown effect for pressing Select to get to mode selection screen
When accessed with C7D8 method
- Pressing A may result in a Glitch Dimension and the "This Game Pak is designed only for use on the Game Boy Color." message.
