Pokédex sorting 0xCD is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Crystal.
Effect
- Unknown effect/game does not freeze after opening listing.
- May be able to load mode selection screen with Select, where description may have many "?" marks in it. The player may then be forced out of the menu with a variable effect, such as corruption of the player's location and tiles on the screen and a Glitch Dimension with "This Game Pak is designed only for use on the Game Boy Color." message, or a white screen lock-up with the music still playing.
When accessed with C7D8 method
- Changing C7D8 to 0xCD may result in a white screen freeze.
