Pokédex sorting 0x09 is a glitch Pokédex sorting in Pokémon Gold and Silver.
Effect
- Pokédex sorting 0x09 causes arbitrary code execution at region FA20 in Echo RAM (a copy of DA20) when opened. This data is just before the party Pokémon data which starts at DA22 (total Pokémon).
- Opening the sorting list may freeze the game
When accessed with C6D8 method
- Option 0x09 may cause arbitrary code execution at region D4FA in RAM, without loading a new sorting.
